Hello All,So this was a natural judges interview look that I created for the 2010 Miss Teen DC International Pageant by using tinted moisturizer, two natural shades of eyeshadow, the darker on the eye lid and lighter as a highlighter under the brows. In addition, I used a dark eyeliner and clear lip gloss.
